This is a full-time on-site role as a Housekeeping Supervisor at FABMASTER LAUNDRY & HOUSEKEEPING located in Dubai. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The Housekeeping Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating and supervising laundry operations.
**Qualifications**
- Supervisory Skills, including leadership, delegation, and coaching
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle client complaints and resolve issues
- Effective Communication skills, including both verbal and written communication
- Housekeeping experience, with knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemicals, and an eye for detail
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- 3 years experience in the hospitality industry
- With valid UAE license
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent field
