**Position Overview**

The assistant cook at kiosks supports the main cook or chef in preparing and serving food items. This role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Wash, peel, chop, and cut ingredients as directed by the main cook or chef.
- Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations as required by Global Village UAE.
- Store food supplies properly and monitor inventory levels, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist with receiving and checking deliveries of food and supplies.
- Support the setup and breakdown of the kitchen area at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations, especially during busy periods.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the main cook, chef, or supervisor.

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
