**Company Overview**:
We are a dynamic holiday home company located in Al Barsha, Dubai, committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking an ambitious Junior Accountant to join our financial department and assist in managing daily accounting tasks.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
- Update accounts receivable and generate invoices.
- Update accounts payable and perform regular reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal and company accounting guidelines.
- Review expenses, payroll records, and other financial documentation as assigned.
- Maintain and update financial data in databases to ensure timely and accurate information is available.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Support senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial closings.
- Assist with various accounting projects as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Junior Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with numbers and strong analytical skills.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho and Odoo is an advantage.
