UK College of Business and Computing (UKCBC) is seeking experienced Lecturers to join in September for its campus in Dubai, International Academic City. UKCBC is a London-based vocational education provider with over 16 years of experience in delivering qualifications across Business, Computing, Health & Social Care and Travel & Tourism.

The target audience are local and international students.

**Key responsibilities & duties**:

- Provide pastoral care and counselling to students, helping them navigate academic challenges and make informed decisions regarding their education.
- Drive and achieve yearly recruitment targets at individual and team level for all UKCBC programmes through execution of different conversion techniques.
- Provide exceptional counselling to students whilst also maximising conversion and enrolments.
- To raise brand awareness when speaking to potential applicants as well as educate the market of the College’s differentiated proposition where needed.
- Own the process of student journey from enquiry to enrolment stage.
- Work with regional colleagues and business relationship managers to keep track of new leads and applicants.
- Support UKCBC on events where needed to drive enquiries and applicants.
- Collect and use key performance indicators from students and market intelligence data to support the management in delivering intake targets.
- Support marketing initiatives undertaken by the college for brand awareness & recruitment purposes
- Put together below the line marketing initiatives to meet targeted sales, with the LCR being maintained at acceptable cost level.
- Achieve targeted lead conversion efficiency in each product / campaign segment.
- Meet targeted sales revenues on collected and invoiced revenues (net of withdrawals if any)
- Take leadership in an assigned product / segment and create strategies, get relevant approvals, internally champion the segment / product so as to meet quantified organisational objectives.
- Handle one or more additional responsibilities in addition to the course counsellor role that will be assigned by the organization from time to time.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Proficiency in either Chinese or Russian. English fluency is compulsory.
- A proven track record of sales and meeting targets experience in education sector and work experience in UAE and/or GCC in relevant sectors / aligned sectors will be desirable.
- Ability to work in a structured and process driven environment.
- A sound understanding of a student recruitment cycle, from enquiry to enrolment.
- Ability to demonstrate innovative thinking and an eye for developing new conversion techniques.
- Flexible attitude to work including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment initiatives.
- Arabic and additional languages skills will be desirable.
- Educated to a degree level
