**We are looking for EXPERIENCE HANDLING TADBEER, AMER, TASHEEL OR DED OFFICE TRANSACTIONS (PREFFERED)**
- MUST HAVE **KNOWLEDGE IN HANDLING ERP SYSTEMS**
- MUST HAVE WELL VERSE ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE IN A COMPANY/CORPORATION SETTINGS
- ABLE TO MANAGE PRESSURE
- A TEAM LEADER WITH GOOD SENSE OF DECISION MAKING

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Invoice Processing**:

- Receive and review invoices from vendors for accuracy and completeness.
- Code and enter invoices into the accounting system.

2. **Payment Processing**:

- Prepare and process payments to vendors.
- Ensure payments are made on time and in accordance with payment terms.

3. **Vendor Relations**:

- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and other matters.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors.

4. **Expense Reimbursement**:

- Process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Reimburse employees for valid and approved expenses.

5. **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain organized and accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- File invoices and related documentation systematically.

6. **Account Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile accounts payable transactions with vendor statements and general ledger accounts.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

7. **Reporting**:

- Generate reports related to accounts payable, such as aging reports and cash flow projections.
- Provide financial information to management as needed.

8. **Month-End Closing**:

- Assist in the month-end closing process by preparing and reviewing accounts payable reports.
- Accrue expenses as necessary and ensure accurate financial reporting.

9. **Petty Cah Handling & Management**:

- Handling of Petty Cash
- Entering Petty cash transactions in accounting System
- Time to time reconciliation of petty cash Float

**-SALARY WILL BE BASED ON INTERVIEW AND EXPERIENCE**

**Salary**: AED3,000- AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- ACCOUNTING: 2years (required)

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
