Job Title: HR / Admin Officer
**Location**: Amity Veterinary Clinic, UAE
**Employment Type**: Full-time
Role Overview: We’re looking for a highly organised, IT-literate **HR / Admin Officer** to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for core HR operations, with a specific focus on **Zoho People** and **payroll**, while working closely with the **CEO** on reports and directly reporting to the **Employee Relations Manager**.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the **Zoho People HRIS system**, ensuring accuracy in leave, attendance, and employee documentation.
- Oversee end-to-end **monthly payroll** including calculations, adjustments, and **WPS compliance**.
- Generate and format HR reports and data summaries for the **CEO** and management team.
- Coordinate all HR administration tasks: onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and personnel files.
- Ensure all HR processes align with **UAE Labour Law**, especially around leave entitlements, probation, and gratuity.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff (leave, payroll, policies, attendance).
- Support audits, policy updates, and compliance documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE-based HR/admin experience.
- Proficiency with **Zoho People** and payroll platforms.
- Strong understanding of **UAE Labour Law** and related HR processes.
- High **attention to detail** — accuracy in data entry and payroll is essential.
- Excellent **IT literacy** - including strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and general comfort with HR systems and digital tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
Reporting Structure:
- Reports directly to**:Employee Relations Manager**:
- Works closely with**:CEO** on reporting and compliance metrics
Preferred:
- Experience in the veterinary or healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with visa processing, MOHRE platforms, and labour inspection prep.
- Arabic language skills (bonus).
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
