As a **Human Resources Coordinator**, y ou will p rovide a comprehensive administrative support to the HR (Business Support / Planning & Remuneration) department and the various Line departments and other HR functions for the smooth and efficient day to day running and the dissemination of HR information.

**In this role, you will**:

- Produce and issue standard contract, response and request letters to staff, departments and external organisations in order to maintain internal and external service delivery expected by the staff and client departments.
Maintain and update the filing system and G drive to ensure that documents and historical records are available for quick and easy reference.
- Respond & communicate effectively to queries from the Line Supervisors & staff with regard to Employment regulations, policies and procedures usage of the various systems based HR products in order to disseminate correct information and provide an effective first level of service.
- Retrieve information from IT on the names. Numbers and location of employees across the Company to ensure the correct individual receives the necessary policy updates pertaining to their area of responsibility.

**Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements**:

- 3 years of Human Resources or Comp&Ben experience.
- 12 years of schooling or a Degree in a relevant

**You'll have an edge if you have**:

- PC literate and proficient in MS Office packages.
- Very high standard of communication both written and verbal.
- Numerical ability.
- High level of inter-personal skills.
