**Overview**

**Duties**
- Create detailed drawings and plans using drafting software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to produce accurate technical drawings
- Utilize software such as Revit, SolidWorks, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, CAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper, and Bluebeam to develop designs
- Ensure designs meet project specifications and requirements
- Review and modify designs based on feedback from the team

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in drafting software and graphic design tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with architectural or engineering design processes
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed structural steel models in Tekla Structures software
- Generate fabrication drawings and material lists from the models
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of designs
- Use industry standards and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency of designs
- Communicate with fabricators and contractors to ensure successful fabrication and construction of structures
- Review and analyze project specifications and requirements to ensure compliance
- Participate in design and construction meetings as needed
- Continuously update and improve skills and knowledge of Tekla Structures software and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Tekla Structures software. AutoCAD,
- Create detailed structural shop drawings such as Plans, Schedule, Sections and connections using Auto CAD
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Experience in creating detailed shop and fabrication drawings for steel structures
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes related to steel detailing
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with engineers and architects
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve design issues
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and 3D modeling software is a plus

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree (B.E)
