We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Profiles, to join our rapidly growing Industrial Automation & Critical Solutions division.

Location: UAE & KSA

CMETS currently recruiting for a Project Manager for UAE & KSA Operations with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas, Utilities and infrastructure Industry.

**Job Role**:

- Deliver project goals and contractual commitments in a safe and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. This will be accomplished through effective leadership in all facets of project management.
- Managing Team Members and the Whole Department, leading independently as a result.
- Meeting HSE / Safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets for the whole project portfolio.
- Strict Compliance with Project Specifications & Agreed Techno-commercial terms.
- Analyse the project's scope, design, and engineering during the proposal phase, and lead the entire estimation team.
- Act as a coach and mentor to direct reports in the roles of project manager and project engineer
- Driving a zero-defects culture - Right First Time
- Manage Project Timelines and Costs/Budgets
- Manage / Lead Proposals and Requests for Projects: Scope, Timing, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholders.
- Project delivery KPIs & Effective Customer Relationship Management.
- Manage the team members in charge of HSE, quality, engineering, procurement, planning & estimating and cost control, information management, and resource allocation.
- Effective Team Building for Each Projects.
- Providing Accurate Reporting Across the Entire Project Portfolio.
- Throughout the project's duration, make sure to use of CMETS Project Management System / upcoming software and or necessary project processes.
- Maintain an up-to-date risk register and risk action plans to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities throughout the project life cycle. Verify the accuracy of the project schedule and project cost reports.
- Contribution to vital Project Documents and reports, such as weekly dashboards, Procurement Status reporting, Functional Progress Reports, Manpower Projection Plan, Project Change Register, Cost Reports, and Project Completion Forecasts.
- Maintain and promote a safe working environment and exhibit proper HSE behaviours and leadership.
- Project cost/value reporting forecasting is carried out in compliance with rules and procedures.
- Promote HSSE, quality, and a Zero Defects Culture on the project.

**Skills / Qualifications**:

- Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Communication.
- Proven experience of project managing on Industrial projects.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Industrial Automation.
- Minimum 6-8 years' experience in UAE/ KSA.
- Proven leadership abilities and a history of Drive.
- Significant experience managing the delivery of multiple assets.
- Proven experience delivering a portfolio with narrow margins and low non-recoverability.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
