Assist the Operations Manager and supervisor in establishing new policies and

procedures with regard to the best routes, operations policies, etc.
- He ensures that the operations department is operating at its maximum efficiency.
- Providing solutions to problems faced by the duty dispatcher.
- Ensuring adequate training is provided to new staff upon joining the operations

department.
- To ensure that the Operational Flight Plan (computerized flight plan) is prepared using

the latest updated data/information (Weather, Notam, Number of Passen
- gers, cargo,

etc.)
- Ensure that the flight brief provided for the client is up to date and as per the client’s

request.
- To replace any Dispatcher who may not be able to perform their duties on any particular

day.
- Close all Orders for the files.
- Monitor Software updates.
- Execute and do routine follow-ups for the confirmation of all requests like Handling,

fuel, permits, etc.

Financial Accountabilities:

- Financial Reporting
- Credit Risk Evaluation

External Stakeholders:

- Authorities
- Internal clients
- Vendors & Suppliers

Academic/Technical/Professional Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
- Flight Dispatcher License
- 6 years in Aviation

Technical / Functional Competencies:

- Reporting
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Language**:

- Proficiency in any European language (required)

License/Certification:

- Flight dispatcher license (required)
