**Professional Training**:
**Flight Dispatcher Instructor**

**Title of the position**: Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (Ground Instructor)

**Position**: Part Time

**Position Summary**: The Ground Instructor will conduct Initial, Recurrent and basic indoctrination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and efficient scheduling of all Initial and Recurrent Training.
- Ensure all training meets regulatory compliance standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Training Manager to support the efficient operation.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Flight Dispatcher Licence with experience in the actual dispatch of aircraft engaged in air transport operations.
- Bachelor or master’s degree is a definite advantage.
- Experience in delivering instructions to the student Flight Dispatchers.
- The post requires approval by the GCAA.
- Should have completed Instructional Techniques Training.
- Should demonstrate thorough understanding of CAR PART II Chapter 6.
