Retail Sales Executive

**Job description: Retail Sales Executive (Gold Jewellery)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Customer Service**
- Greet and assist customers in the store, providing exceptional service and personalized attention.
- Showcase and sell a wide range of jewelry pieces, including yellow, white, and rose gold items, as well as others in gemstone and diamond categories, if any.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

**Ecommerce Operations**
- Manage the online store, ensuring that product listings are accurate, attractive, and up-to-date.
- Assist in processing online orders, including packaging and shipping, to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels for both the physical store and the ecommerce platform, coordinating restocks as necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues related to online orders, providing prompt and effective resolution.

**Marketing and Social Media**
- Assist in the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the ecommerce site.
- Manage and update social media accounts, engaging with followers and promoting new products and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that enhances the brand's online presence.

**Administrative Duties**
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and online sales processes.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.

Pay: AED 4,500.00 - AED 5,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

- Luxury Product Sales: 2 years (required)
