We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Off-Plan Sales Manager** to lead our off-plan real estate division in Ras Al Khaimah. This role requires strong sales expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record in UAE off-plan property sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the off-plan sales division
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and clients
- Train and mentor the sales team for maximum performance
- Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and competitor activities
- Handle negotiations and close high-value deals

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of UAE real estate experience, with a focus on off-plan properties
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- RERA certification is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and own car
