This is a full-time, on-site role for a Secretary and Administrative Assistant located in Sharjah. As a Secretary and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing office operations, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. You will work closely with executives and staff to ensure efficient office operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Very good Arabic and English speaking skills
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team environment

**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Secretary and administrative work: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)

License/Certification:

- driving licenses (preferred)
