We support our customers from the concept and design stage, through approvals until completing the entire execution and commissioning.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections and RCPs.
- Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications.
- Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
- Site survey / measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.
- Work with the entire team, in office and with outside consultants, contractors & suppliers.
- Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preparing and reviewing BOQs for clients, contractors & suppliers.
- Preparing IFC packages for project with all requirements.
- Outline client design objectives.
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
- Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
- Set a timeline for the completion of a project.
- Source materials and products included in design.
- Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.
- Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
- Portfolio of design work.
- Project management experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience.
- Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, fast paced team player.
- Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP, electrical, plumbing and lighting.
- Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing.
- Strong understanding of and proficiency in producing all schedules.
- Job site experience including working with architects, builders and landscape architects, measuring and producing as-built documents.
- 3D / CAD and strong presentation graphics, both hand drawing and computer as well as Photoshop presentations.
- Software Skills should include AUTOCAD, 3DSMAX, SKETCHUP, REVIT, VRAY, LUMION, PHOTOSHOP, INDESIGN, MICROSOFT OFFICE.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
