Create innovative and functional interior designs for fitout projects, including commercial, retail, residential, and office spaces.
- Space Planning & Layout Design : Plan and design the layout of interior spaces to maximize functionality and ensure optimal use of available space.
- Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project, balancing aesthetic appeal, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to source and specify materials, ensuring that they meet project requirements and budget constraints.
- 3D Visualization & Renderings: Create 3D visualizations and rendering of design concepts to present to clients and stakeholders for approval.
- Use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max) to generate accurate, realistic models and visual representations of designs.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure designs are implemented effectively and according to plan.
- Ensure that all design aspects comply with relevant regulations and standards, including building codes and safety guidelines.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring designs are executed on schedule

Proposing the Design and Details as per Brand Fit out Manual / Mall Manual and Specification.
- Preparing the Execution Drawings and Coordinating with Site In-charge / Warehouse Production In-charge / FF&E Technicians.
- Conducting Site feasibility Studies and Preparing Shop drawings according to the site situation.
- Submitting Shop drawings / Material sample for Client / Consultant / Project Manager Approval.
