**Job Summary**:
The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and ensure efficient management of employee records, recruitment, and other HR functions. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain employee records and files, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientations.
- Coordinate and assist with training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company events.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR processes.
- Support the HR team with payroll processing, performance reviews, and other HR functions.
- Perform general administrative duties, including preparing HR reports, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
