Job Description: Steel Structural Fabricator Position: Steel Structural Fabricator Experience: Minimum 5 years (Indian experience also accepted) Location: Dubai Age Limit: Below 49 years Salary: 40000 Rs Per Month Benefits Kitchen facility provided with food allowance Accommodation and transportation provided by the company Job Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings and specifications to fabricate structural steel components. Measure, cut and assemble steel components using welding, bolting and riveting techniques. Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, drills and welding machines. Ensure proper alignment and fitting of steel structures before final welding or bolting. Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of fabrication tools and equipment. Follow safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of fabrication tasks. Essential Qualifications ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related trade preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structural fabrication (Indian experience acceptable). Familiarity with various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG and Arc welding. Skills Required Proficiency in reading and understanding structural drawings. Strong knowledge of metal cutting, grinding, welding and assembly techniques. Ability to use hand tools, power tools and fabrication machinery. Understanding of workplace safety standards and best practices. Good teamwork and communication skills.
