Al Huda Graphics is seeking a motivated **fresher** to join our dynamic team. As a **Junior Admin & Operations Coordinator**, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions, communication, and order coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, responsible and has a basic understanding of graphic design tools and workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping
- Prepare and send quotations to clients based on provided templates and input
- Assign tasks to the appropriate team members (designers, print staff, etc.) and follow up on progress
- Coordinate ongoing orders to ensure timely delivery and quality control
- Talk to both manager and the production team to make sure everyone is on the same page
- Have the basic understanding of design tools
- Maintain a positive and helpful presence in the office

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills in English (other language is a plus)
- Basic understanding of design software (formal training not required, but must be design-literate)
- Excellent being organized
- Responsible
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the printing and design industry
- UAE residency is preferred (or ability to relocate to Sharjah)
