**Responsibilities**
- Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
- Calculate overtime and allowances
- Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using ERP software
- Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees
- Prepare Annual Budget related to Admin expenses
- Enter new employees’ data in ERP system
- Other associated work

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer
- Hands-on experience with ERP software
- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Degree in Accounting / Human Resource
- Strong Communication skill
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- Should have good command in the English language

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
