The Female Pool Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all pool users by preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, and enforcing pool rules. This position is often required in women-only or family facilities in accordance with UAE cultural practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents and ensure swimmer safety.
- Enforce pool rules, regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Respond immediately to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid or CPR as needed.
- Inspect pool area, equipment, and water quality to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Complete daily reports on incidents, water quality, and maintenance checks.
- Support female-only sessions in line with cultural privacy requirements.
- Work closely with facility management and security for crowd control and emergency response.

**Requirements**:

- **Gender**: Female (as per role requirement in ladies-only environments)
- **Certifications Required**:

- Lifeguard Certificate (preferably from an internationally recognized body such as **Ellis & Associates**, **Red Cross**, or **STA**)
- Valid **First Aid** and **CPR** certification
- **Dubai Municipality**
