As a Female **Lifeguard **at **The ELITE Health Club**, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of club members and guests in and around the pool area. You will monitor activities, enforce pool rules, and provide emergency response when necessary. Additionally, you will assist coaches during classes to ensure smooth and effective training sessions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Observe swimmers to ensure their safety and adherence to pool rules.
- Scan the pool area continuously and be alert to any signs of distress or hazardous situations.
- Implement and enforce pool policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
- Provide immediate response to emergencies, including performing CPR, first aid, and water rescues.
- Administer emergency care and contact emergency services when necessary.
- Support swimming coaches during classes by helping with student supervision and ensuring safety in the pool.
- Assist with setting up equipment and facilitating drills as directed by the coaches.
- Provide feedback to coaches regarding student performance or any issues observed during classes.
- Conduct regular checks of pool equipment and facilities to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including decks, lounges, and changing rooms.

**Qualifications**
- Must be **Female**:

- With a valid **Lifeguard license**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescue techniques
- Previous experience as a lifeguard or swimming trainer role preferred
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Previous lifeguard experience preferred but not required.
- Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

License/Certification:

- Pool guard/ lifeguard license (required)
