**Job Overview**:
We are a startup company in Dubai, providing Cloud Managed Service. We are looking for an experienced tele-sales Representative, living in Lebanon / Jordan, and fluent in English and Arabic to join our team. As a Tele-sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and promoting our company's services via telephone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct the daily sales calls to identify potential clients and generate interest for a meeting in a professional manner.
- Scheduling meetings/appointments 2 meetings per day (on average) with interested contacts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing customer issues and needs.
- Record and update call activity notes and sales progress in CRM database and other internal tracking methods.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of experience in telephone sales.(Fresher’s are open to apply)
- Fluency in English and Arabic for communication and correspondence.
- Currently based in Lebanon / Jordan.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients in a professional manner.
- Strong self-management skills, ability to work independently, and maintain a positive attitude and high efficiency under pressure.
- Experience using computers and office software, such as Microsoft Office, VOIP system, Virtual PBX system, CRM etc.

**Experience**:

- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Arabic (preferred)
