Role Summary:
NIFM - Stock Market Institute is seeking an experienced Tele Sales Representative to join our team. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in establishing relationships with potential clients and introducing our company's services.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone calls to promote our financial products.
- Provide detailed information about our services and address client queries to build trust and confidence.
- Document all client interactions and follow up on leads to ensure timely communication.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by generating high-quality leads and converting them into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of financial markets and a proven track record in sales or customer service. A graduation degree or equivalent specialized courses in Financial Trading/Forex markets is mandatory. Proficiency in Indian regional languages like Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Punjabi, Marathi, etc. along with Hindi is preferred but not essential.
