We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Consultant to join our team in Dubai. As an HR Consultant, you will work closely with our clients, providing strategic guidance and expertise on all aspects of human resources management. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify HR needs, design effective HR strategies, and implement best practices to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive HR reviews & audits and diagnose organizational needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
- Design and deliver HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to clients' specific requirements.
- Offer guidance and support on HR compliance, labour laws, and regulations.
- Advise on organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Deliver training and workshops to enhance HR capabilities within client organizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, providing thought leadership and insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 1 year as an HR Consultant or in a similar HR advisory role in a consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws in the UAE.
- Excellent consulting and client-facing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
