We are seeking an experienced **Business Development Manager** to help us expand our client base and bring new business opportunities. This role is crucial for driving the company’s growth by acquiring new requirements from companies seeking HR solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities by generating leads and building relationships with companies in need of HR consultancy services.
- Actively engage with potential clients to understand their HR needs and present customized solutions.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the client base, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of HR services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR industry trends and competitor offerings to position the company effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in HR consultancy or related services.
- Proven track record of bringing new clients and requirements to a business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with an aptitude for understanding client needs and offering relevant solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR services and the UAE market is a plus.
