**Qualifications**:
**1.Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

**2.Experience & Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role. (3 years minimum)
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.
- Hands-on experience with one or more front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end experience with languages like Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby, or Java.
- Familiarity with databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Understanding of basic DevOps and deployment processes (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.

**3.Soft Skills**:

- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
