FULL STACK DEVELOPER -IMMEDIATE HIRING

**Position**: Full-Time Full Stack Developer
**Location**: Abu Dhabi, UAE
**Availability**: Immediate Joining Required

**About Mersat Group**:
Mersat Group is a leading multi-sector organization in the UAE, operating across Environmental Services, Facilities Management, Manpower Solutions, Media, and Consultancy. We are looking for a **highly skilled Full Stack Developer** to join our in-house team at our **Abu Dhabi office**.

**Key Responsibilities:Web Development (Front-End & Back-End)**:

- Develop **all kinds of websites**: corporate websites, e-commerce platforms, booking systems, landing pages, etc.
- Design and code **user interfaces (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.)**:

- Build and manage **back-end systems (PHP, Node.js, Laravel, Python, etc.)**:

- Create and integrate **APIs and web services**:

- Ensure **responsive, SEO-friendly, and optimized website performance**

**Hosting & Server Management**:

- Handle **deployment, backups, and security monitoring**:

- Perform **troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates**

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **3 years of full stack development experience**:

- Proficient in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React, or equivalent frameworks**:

- Strong experience with **databases** (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of **cPanel, FTP, hosting, DNS setup, and server management**:

- Expertise in **website security, speed optimization, and SEO**:

- Must be available to work **onsite in Abu Dhabi (no remote work)**:

- Good communication skills and ability to work independently

**Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)**:

- Graphic design knowledge (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator)
- Experience with **UAE market standards**:

- Digital marketing and CRM integration
