**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties including document control, filing, scheduling, and correspondence
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and calls - maintaining a professional front-office demeanor
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for management
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points
- Handle confidential information with integrity
- Support with office operations and assist other departments when required
- Maintain office supplies and oversee petty cash or expense reports as needed
**Requirements**:
- **Gender**: Female
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a similar role (Admin/PA/Reception/Secretarial)
- **Language**: Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- **Appearance**: Presentable and professional in demeanor
- **Tech-savvy**: Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
