**Female Administrative Assistant (Tagalog)**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Dubailand Process Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the Dubailand real estate process, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- **Property Listing**: Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions for online and offline platforms.
- **CRM Management**: Proficient in utilizing CRM systems to organize and maintain client information, track leads, and manage communication effectively.
- **Report Generation**: Compile and generate reports related to property listings, client interactions, and other administrative tasks as required.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles within the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of the Dubailand real estate process is essential.
- Proficient in property listing and report generation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with specific systems is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
