**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice on business setup, company formation, and corporate restructuring.
- Manage the end-to-end process for setting up mainland, free zone, and offshore entities.
- Stay updated on UAE laws, particularly Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, UBO reporting, and Economic Substance Reporting (ESR).
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service.
- Draft and review corporate legal documents, including resolutions, attestations, and legalizations.
- Coordinate with government departments, free zones, and banks to ensure smooth operations.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.
- A fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
