job description:

- Provide expert corporate advisory services in business setup, company formation and corporate structuring/restructuring.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of business setups and company formation processes, including mainland, free zone and offshore entities.
- Update on the latest UAE laws and procedures, particularly regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, corporate compliance and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO) reporting.
- Accurately maintain and update client information in our CRM system.
- Build strong and long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Manage Economic Substance Reporting (ESR) filings with accuracy and compliance.
- Draft and review various corporate legal documents including resolutions, changes in directors/shareholders, attestations, legalizations, issuance of certificates and bank account opening.
- Actively communicate with government departments, free zones and banks to ensure smooth operations.
- Commercially driven, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- A fast learner who is dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently. You must be eager to build strong client relationships in a global context.

Salary Package:

- Competitive salary with attractive incentive structure for achieving targets.
- Additional finder fee for securing new leads.

- Eligibility: Preference for husband visa holders.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
