**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning & Execution**
- Develop detailed work programs, schedules, and resource plans.
- Track the events periodically to ensure the Project Timeline
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, site supervisors, and suppliers.
- Monitor daily and weekly site progress and ensure adherence to schedule.
- Ensure proper sequencing and execution of all construction activities

**Team Supervision & Coordination**
- Lead the site team including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular toolbox meetings and technical briefings.
- Resolve site issues related to drawings, materials, manpower, or equipment.

**Quality Assurance & Control**
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures on site.
- Review and approve inspections, method statements, and work permits.

**Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)**
- Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Oversee implementation of risk assessments and safety plans.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure corrective actions are taken.

**Cost & Resource Management**
- Monitor labor, equipment, and material usage to control costs.
- Support procurement team in tracking material delivery and subcontractor scope.
- Approve site measurements and verify subcontractor bills.

**Reporting & Communication**
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Attend coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and authorities.
- Keep proper documentation of drawings, site instructions, and approvals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of construction processes (structural, MEP, finishing).
- Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively..
- Familiarity with DDA,DM & DCD Construction practice regulations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple companies, deadlines, and priorities independently.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).

**Working Conditions**:

- Based at project sites; may require extended hours or weekends depending on project urgency.
- Must be comfortable working in outdoor site conditions.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
