Location: Yas Island Abu DhabiSeniority: Team LeaderIndustry: Real Estate BrokerageLanguages: Arabic & English preferred What You’ll Be Doing:Lead and mentor a team of 10 Property Consultants Oversee day‑to‑day pipeline management and client strategy Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets Coach agents in closing techniques, objection handling and negotiation Liaise directly with developers for inventory updates and allocationsRequirementsMinimum 35 years experience in UAE real estate (brokerage or developer) Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high‑performing sales teams Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plus Strong knowledge of off‑plan, secondary and luxury markets Ability to coach, close and lead by exampleBenefitsAccess to premium projects and exclusive developer launches Salary, commission, override on team deals and personal commission On‑time payouts and full marketing/admin support Strategic base: Yas Island branch#J-18808-Ljbffr
