HR Coordinator

**Payroll Management**:
- Run monthly payroll and benefits independently via the Oracle system.
- Update and verify employee attendance, leaves and absences.
- Calculate overtime and other allowances.
- Process payments for monthly CS representative incentives, Instructor student passing incentives, annual bonuses etc.
- Handle payroll adjustments, including new hires, terminations/resignations, salary changes and deductions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and generate monthly reports.
- Prepare the yearly payroll budget by the end of each year for review and approval by Finance and Management.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement.
- Resolve payroll queries from employees.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare relevant reports for the finance department.
**General HR Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Onboarding**: Support hiring processes, prepare offer letters and employment contracts, coordinate joining formalities and maintain employee records.
**Performance Management**: Assist in performance review cycles, track KPIs and ensure timely evaluations.
**Employee Relations**: Provide guidance and ensure effective implementation of HR policies, address employee queries and support engagement initiatives.
**Administration**:
- Handle HR documentation, leave management, visa renewals and employee data updates.
- Update organizational and departmental structures on a timely basis.
- Manage HR documentation, leave management, coordinate visa renewals and maintain accurate employee data records.
- Preparation of Memos/Circulars and letters (including SC, STL, NOC, and Experience Certificates) as per management requirements and overseeing HR communication channels.
- Prepare warning letters, termination letters and Incident Investigation reports.
**Compliance**: Ensure payroll and HR processes comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
**Coordination**: Work closely with department managers to address workforce requirements and HR needs.
