The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the multiband light and heavy vehicle workshop, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that monthly targets are met. The Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining the workshop's equipment and tools to ensure that they are in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise workshop staff, including assigning tasks and responsibilities, monitoring performance, and providing training and support as needed.
- Supervising a team of technicians who are responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
- Ensuring that technicians are properly trained and have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their jobs effectively.
- Support service staff to ensure maintenance of tools is done on a timely basis to ensure costs of business is kept to minimum without compromising on the safety aspect.
- Reviewing diagnostic reports and ensuring that they are accurate and comprehensive.
- Communicating with customers and explaining diagnostic results and repair recommendations.
- Maintaining accurate records of all diagnostic procedures and repairs performed.
- Monitoring the performance of technicians and providing feedback on areas that need improvement.
- Ensuring that the workshop is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and ensuring that technicians follow proper safety procedures.

Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Technical/automobile discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a multiband light and heavy vehicle workshop, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff to achieve goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a workshop environment.

**Work Location : Ajman**

**Salary**: From AED1.00 per month
