Join EVS UAE in driving the future of sustainable transportation We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced **Workshop Supervisor** to play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshop, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

**About EVS**:
**EVS - Electric Vehicle Services**, specializes in advanced software and hardware solutions for electric vehicles beyond the manufacturer warranty. Our mission is to redefine the EV service and repair experience with innovative technology and expert care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Dispatch job cards to technicians, assign tasks, and input pricing and service details accurately using GaragePlug or similar workshop management software.
- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for workshop efficiency and performance tracking.
- Efficiently manage mechanics and allocate resources effectively.
- Provide strong leadership and team management, multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively.
- Utilize proficiency in workshop management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor, preferably in an electric vehicle workshop or automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electric vehicles and their components.
- Proficiency in workshop management software such as GaragePlug or similar.
- **Familiarity with GaragePlug or similar workshop management software.**:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively.
- Proficiency in workshop management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.**
