**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet members and guests promptly upon arrival, assist with golf bags, and provide information about the course and facilities.
- **Golf Cart Management**: Clean, maintain, and stage golf carts for daily use. Ensure carts are fully stocked with scorecards, pencils, and tees.
- **Bag Handling**: Load and unload golf bags from carts, providing careful handling and ensuring the correct bag is placed on the right cart.
- **Practice Facility Maintenance**: Set up, maintain, and clean the driving range and practice areas, including stocking range balls and ensuring proper tee alignment.
- **Course Setup**: Assist with setting up the course for play, including placing tee markers and other necessary equipment.
- **Clubhouse Support**: Provide support in the clubhouse as needed, including assisting with events, tournaments, and member activities.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring the safety of guests and fellow employees.
- **General Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging area, and other outside service areas.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in a golf course or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**: Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic knowledge of golf are essential.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- **Other Requirements**: Must have a valid driver’s license and be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Environment**: Primarily outdoor work with exposure to various weather conditions.
- **Schedule**: Variable schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
