We are looking for **AC Foreman with Min 7 years of UAE experience in High Rise Buildings, Villa and residential projects.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage HVAC technicians and subcontractors on construction sites.
- Oversee installation of AC systems (split, ducted, chilled water, package units, VRF/VRV, etc.).
- Read and interpret HVAC/shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, civil, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure quality and compliance of all HVAC installations as per project and safety standards.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare site progress reports for submission.
- Handle troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available on-site as per schedule.
- Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants/clients when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related trade.
- Minimum **7 years of experience** in HVAC supervision within **building construction projects** (residential, commercial, or industrial).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and perform quantity take-offs.
- Familiarity with HVAC standards and codes.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using basic MS Office (Word, Excel) for reporting.
