The Ducting Foreman plays a pivotal role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of ducting systems within the **construction MEP **(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) field. This position requires extensive experience in ductwork installation, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, and construction project management. The Ducting Foreman leads a team of ductwork technicians, coordinates with project managers, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and maintains project schedules and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project managers to understand project specifications, requirements, and timelines related to ducting and HVAC systems.
- Develop work schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Liaise with other trades, such as electrical and plumbing, to coordinate installations and ensure seamless integration of ducting systems.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead a team of ductwork technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that work is performed according to project plans and quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and address any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team.
- **Ductwork Installation and Maintenance**:

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of ducting systems, including ductwork fabrication, assembly, and installation.
- Ensure that ducting systems are installed correctly, in accordance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
- Conduct quality inspections to identify defects, deficiencies, or deviations from project requirements and take corrective action as necessary.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular safety meetings, toolbox talks, and inspections to promote awareness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents, near misses, or hazards, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- **Material Management**:

- Manage inventory of ducting materials, equipment, and tools, ensuring that adequate supplies are available for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with procurement staff to procure materials and supplies as needed, while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Maintain records of material usage, inventory levels, and procurement activities for documentation and reporting purposes.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
