Position Overview
We are currently seeking a warm, professional, and organized **Medical Receptionist** to be the welcoming face of our clinic. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for our patients' experience—ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and supported throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of all medical information
- Coordinate patient flow with clinicians to ensure efficient operations
- Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with insurance documentation when necessary
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area
- Uphold Vilafortuny’s values of discretion, excellence, and patient-centered care
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in a similar medical or dental receptionist role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Arabic) are a plus
- Knowledge of medical or dental terminology is an advantage
