**About the Role**:
Luxurious Marketing is seeking a motivated and experienced **Marketing Sales Executive** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the marketing industry inside out and can confidently sell services like digital advertising, branding, social media management, and creative strategy to a wide range of businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities for the agency
- Understand client goals and pitch tailored marketing solutions
- Sell digital marketing services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, branding, content, and social media
- Manage leads through the full sales funnel - from cold outreach to closing deals
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations and deliverables
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales records and reporting using CRM tools

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing or advertising sales
- Deep understanding of marketing agency services and industry trends
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and team-focused
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
