- 2-3 Years experience in hotels reservations as supervisor.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Processing Daily Reservation Reports - No show report, Cancellation report, Detailed Availability Report,
Early Departures, Reservation entered by & on, Journal Report.
- Supervising Reservation Agent throughout the shift.
- Checking all the correspondence for Travel Agent and Corporate bookings for the next day arrival - Rates, stay dates, offer validity which has been applied, guest information as per correspondence
- Updating room allocations for Tour Operator in Opera and informing Reservation Manager incase of top up allocation requirement and any further action needed for special events period.
- Briefing the reservation system for the orientation / induction staff
- Keep an eye for TA bookings and advise agent to action on priority and correspondence should be sent to FO immediately.
- Be familiar with all the Tour Operators, Travel Agent, Corporate Companies etc. This include their contracted rate, special offer/agreement, and their terms and condition
- Be familiar with all the TA / Corporate bookings system including how to recognize booking through their System, reference number, code, room rate, package etc.
- Sending staff individual Breakfast incentive details to Reservation Manager on monthly basis
- To ensure operations run smoothly on daily basis
- Handling complaint which Agents are unable to handle
- Discussing and planning with Reservation Manager on how to build up the occupancy level on day to day basis for Direct Bookings and call conversion.
- Ensuring all TA contracts handed over by TA are in place for ready reference.
- Ensuring all agent are logged-in and are available to take calls and Live Chats as suggested by Reservation Manager
- Conducting training and briefing Reservation Agent
- Check the rooming list for all TA / Corporate bookings and advise team to update missing bookings.
- Stationary requisition / Office supplies
- Maintaining Reservation Agent and Reservation Supervisor checklist to ensure smooth Departmental Operation
- Upsell rooms to optimize the Hotel revenue which helps in achieving Budget.
**Salary**: AED2,800.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
