Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a crewing or maritime coordination role.
- Experience in the maritime industry is highly preferred.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using crewing management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of international maritime regulations and certification requirements.
