We're looking for a skilled Crewing Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Abu Dhabi. The Crewing Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of crew movement and lifecycle, ensuring smooth mobilization, rotation, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

You'll be a great fit if you have experience in:

  • Crew Movement & Mobilization: Plan and coordinate crew mobilization and demobilization for projects, ensuring timely deployment and compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Rotation & Home Leave Management: Assist with scheduling home leave rotations and ensure accurate tracking of crew availability.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Medical Insurance Support: Facilitate medical insurance claims and ensure timely resolution for crew members.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of crew certifications, visas, and compliance documents.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the point of contact between contractors, internal teams, and clients to align expectations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on crew movements, rotations, and utilization for management review.

To be considered you need:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in crewing coordination or similar role, preferably in marine, oil & gas, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of UAE maritime regulations and local legislation is required.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and medical insurance procedures is mandatory.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational needs.
