StarKids Salon is a fast-growing, family-friendly salon brand specialising in children’s hair and beauty services. After successful operations in Dubai Festival City Mall and participation in high-profile community events, we are excited to open our **new branch in Circle Mall, JVC**.

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic **Receptionist / Supervisor** to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every child and parent who walks through our doors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Manage bookings (phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and Zenoti online system).
- Coordinate staff schedules and support daily operations.
- Supervise team performance and ensure smooth salon workflow.
- Handle customer queries or concerns with tact and care.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and brand standards.
- Report to the Head of Operations and support branch-level KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a **reception/supervisory role** is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
