**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Display and market the real property to possible buyers;
- Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents
- Presenting properties to potential buyers, addressing questions and any concerns
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

**Key Requirements**:

- Should have minimum of 1 year Real Estate Experience.
- Proficient knowledge of real estate industry and relevant legislation.
- Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license.
- RERA certified preferable.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-Motivated & Hardworking.
