To ensure success as MEP ESTIMATOR, you should possess the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

**Required Eligibility & Qualification**:

- 4-8 years' experience required in Construction or related field.
- Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, detailed estimation (With Rate Analysis) Insurance claims and administration for MEP Contracting and FM projects.
- Sending enquirers and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price.
- Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.
- Established the Project Cost Monitoring System, Update the Project cost Progress and measures the cost variance on a daily basis.
- MEP & Low current system Estimation, including refurbishment, project planning, time & resource calculation & quantity surveying.
- Strong communication skills in English is a must
- UAE driving License is a must.
