We’re hiring a detail-oriented **MEP Estimator** to join our team. If you have a strong background in preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, we’d love to hear from you. **UAE experience is mandatory.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for MEP components of projects.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and time requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and competitive pricing.
- Evaluate project risks and incorporate contingencies into estimates.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to align estimates with project goals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain organized records of estimates and cost data for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an MEP Estimator.
- Mandatory UAE experience with strong knowledge of local suppliers and market conditions.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
