**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with **UAE VAT laws** and **corporate tax regulations**.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects.
- Handle project cost analysis and expense tracking.
- Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Monitor payroll processing and ensure financial accuracy.
- Provide financial insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- **5 to 6 years of accounting experience** (preferably in the **Construction or Contracting industry**).
- **Strong knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax regulations.**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar).
- Experience in handling project-based financials and cost management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- **Immediate joiners are preferred.**
